DO NOT USE. AVOID. We were here for 8 months and had a 5x10. Unexpectedly and with no warning, they raised our monthly fee by $20 at 6 months. We spoke with the management and they said they had no control over price increases and really had a poor attitude. We learned from other unfortunate renters that they raise all rates every six months and nowhere in their paperwork is that disclosed. That's a 26% increase from your base rate and we had their smallest unit. Additionally, there is no security outside of a security gate and no cameras whatsoever.
We moved our stuff out and found a much better company on Recker Rd with full security, a friendlier staff and everything is disclosed in their contracts.
