Stayed here on two superstar occasions within a two week time span for a family thing so I'll write about both times. The hotel itself is located on the main stretch of 16ave so there is a lot of traffic but we stayed on the second floor and didn't hear a lot of noise to be honest. Yes it's a little dated but we had a great nights rest here. Checking in and out was a breeze and the hotel staff were pretty good but a word of caution with the cottage rooms, housekeeping cleansed our room but didn't close the door all the way so our room was pretty much left unlocked. Continental breakfast want bad in my opinion. The diy waffle station is a pain because you can only make one at a time so of its busy it's painful. They have toast, cereal, waffles, coffee, tea, and juice. Nothing fancy but if you're a light eater in the morning it's not bad. It's from 7-10 am and it's not as busy after 9 am Usual bed and bathroom the only difference was the cottage room had a small kitchenette that was a small cooktop, microwave, and larger fridge. FYI they do not have a kettle for hot water so bring your own. For our needs it was suitable as we did not stay in the hotel most of the time so it was adequate an we would get a room here again as the rates we thought were not bad
