Everyone is very nice & the selection is great, but...expect to wait every time you go in or call. Also it is difficult & time consuming to pick up phone orders as it seems they aren't held by your name...? I go when im in the area or need something specific - however the long wait times & lost / confused / takes forever to find an order issues keep me from spending more $$ here.
