I ordered wings from them on grubhub a while back. They called me back telling me that they didn't even have wings in stock and asked if I wanted to order something else. I said "no thank you, would it be alright if I could just cancel my order then". I am not rude to people who handle food. Life's rough. I went to order from them again to give them another chance, and they are no longer on my grubhub. So I find the phone number to ask why. The lady who answered the phone said "well if we can't deliver to you then there must be a reason why"... Whhhhhat!? I just hung up the phone. I couldn't even fathom that kind of customer service. Did I get blocked from something that wasn't even my fault and I kindly declined to order something else. I'll never know because she didn't have an answer for me but I guess the people there just don't care about their service.
