Was not impressed by anyone besides the nice receptionist. The past pts medical record had been left up for me to see, clear HIPPA violation. The dental hygienist didn't introduce herself to me and carried on how her husband take forever with her kids and how she was tired and needed a nap. She did a poor job on cleaning my teeth. The doctor came in didn't introduce himself either and just started poking around in my mouth. Establishing trust with pts is key and he did none of that. He didn't shake my hand or say bye when he left the room. Just got up and walked away. Very disappointed in the whole situation:/
