I had a great opportunity to grab me one of The Herban Legend's (legendary) chicken shawarma at one of Charlotte's Food Truck Fridays. Unfortunately I haven't explored the rest of the menu so can't say much else about it but the shawarma was great. The Herban Legend certainly lives up to their name by incorporating some great tasting fresh herbs and spices. The flavor of the shawarma was much more complex than any other shawarma I'm used to so although I was surprised, it was a pleasant surprise. Although good I'm not necessarily dying to try it again, I think on my next go (and there will be a next go) I'll be exploring some of the other items on the menu.
