Since starting iCardio a little over two months ago I have lost 22 pounds, 23.5 inches overall and nearly 2% body fat. I have joined gyms - LOTS of times - but this is totally different ... I haven't seen these kinds of results from anything else I've tried in the past. I still have a ways to go but I am making SUCH progress. I LOVE this program - Seth and the other trainers I've met (Brianna and Alaina) are great. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Since my original post I have lost another 28 pounds and 20 more inches - this is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I haven't found anything that matches the workout I get from iCardio and it has changed my life!
