Went to Direct Smog after attempting to get my smog check done 2x at another chain called Jiffy Smog. Showed up, was greeted quickly. The guy working was very friendly and answered some questions I had. I explained to him that previous smog place couldn't get my car hooked up but he was able to get connected immediately. 5 mins later and I'm done with my smog testing nightmare. Also this place was cheaper then the other ones I saw. If you're in the area, don't waste your time or energy on any of the other smog places. Customer service goes a long way and this was the first smog place I found that actually has it. My go to smog place now.
