Wow, I can't believe I'm the first to review this entertainment complex. The factory is rightfully named because it used to be a manufacturing facility of some sort. I don't recall for what though. It took a while for the NC Music Factory to get off the ground but I think they are finally there. I actually saw a lot of this being built including the Amphitheatre in the back which now seats about 4,000 people. I must say it is a great place to see a concert. I don't think there is a bad seat in the place. The Factory is also home to nightclubs, restaurants, some offices like Creative Loafing and the LGBT Community Center, and of course the Fillmore which is another great place to see a concert. Recently the Comedy Zone opened at the Factory. If you're looking for a place to be entertained, you can't go wrong with the multitude of options at the NC Music Factory.
