0 stars! Very bad bad bad service! We plan and prepare in advance..the guy rolling his eyes at another customer!! Not everyone has credit card and if you have a debit card they want to pull a credit check... hmm not everyone wants their credit checked!! Bad customer service didn't notify of this requirement ahead of time was told we would get an impala wee got a Hyundai! Also the vehicle we got was dirty and broken parts missing off of the vehicle the carpet and seats were dirty!! Will never rent from this location again.. He was a thick guy with glasses didn't get his name... also was trying to force us to get their insurance as if ours want good enough down grading our coverage not knowing that I am an agent!! Horrible car, horrible customer service, and downgrading our vehicle and renting is car that looked as it was falling apart! Wrong one star is over rating this!
