My boyfriend and I lived at McKinley court for a little over a year, and we loved it. The first owners didn't take as good of care of the property but a couple months after we moved in southwest property took over. The manager, Bev, seemed to really care about the property and immediately began making improvements to the courtyard and surrounding area. It was nice having someone there that cared about the property. Gates were fixed, trash picked up, lighting all replaced, etc. The surrounding area near Roosevelt Row just made it a great place to live. Only reason we moved is because we needed a bigger apartment. Would absolutely rent from Bev and Southwest again.
