My girlfriend and I had our kids eating on a folding card table since our move. We figured it was time to buy a decent table with enough chairs for everyone to sit at. We looked around for quite a while, and then we found the table we wanted.
Way out of our price range. Bummer.
The next day we went to Mega Furniture on a whim. Same table, hundreds of dollars less. Came with 6 chairs (at the other store, it came with only 4).
The story doesn't end there. Several months later, we noticed a crack in one of the legs. I stopped by and talked to the new store manager. He took my phone number and address, and in 4 days he called me back and had two new legs for me.
I had heard bad things about mega furniture, but I am really not sure why at this point. I have had nothing but a great experience, and their prices were awesome. I have sent coworkers there and they have had similar experiences. Give them a try, and let me know what you think.
