This place has gone downhill. It's not the seating, it's not the food, those are all fine. It's the lack of care and the lack of rule enforcement! I've gotten two three movies now at this theatre (back to back -- not in the same day thankfully) and kept giving this place chances. Each time people would be talking the whole movie!!! One time I got so fed up and my mom even went and told management and they sent someone in while my mom was gone. I kid you not, this guy sits and watches the movie instead of silencing the VERY LOUD people still talking!! I finally spoke up and asked them to please be quiet and the worker eventually walked out without a WORD. We were in the same row as these people and it was a small theater. And this guy had the nerve to report back to his manager that he didn't hear anything while he was in there when CLEARLY I told them to be quiet which meant they were TALKING LOUDLY and I SPOKE TOO. I'm just so fed up with this theater and the lack of rule enforcement. You guys need to actually give people warnings and kick them out if they keep it up. You lose genuine business when you allow that stuff to go on. I'm tired of being on edge and angry after every movie, so I'm now waiting on them until DVD. Thank you for absolutely nothing and for not following your own rules.
