My boyfriend, daughter and I went today to try to see the new Spider-Man movie. We bought our tickets online, three days ahead of time. When we got in the theater to our seats, they were already occupied! We went to Guest Services to tell them and they sent an employee to check the tickets of the people that were in the same seats and their tickets were correct...as were ours. Their explanation, "we're sorry but our system must have double booked the seats." How does this happen?! We have been going to this theater for quite a while now and have always bought our tickets ahead of time online and have never had a problem with our reserved seats being booked by someone else as well. Sorely disappointed in AMC for this one. We ended up having to get a refund because the only three seats together that were still available were in the second row. No thanks.
