I cannot write enough glowing reviews about Lawrence in the service department. I bought my car at another dealership (although I looked at Deacons for a Jeep Trailhawk) and he helped me submit a warranty to Jeep for rust. While I was there, he noticed an update and ran it for me. They washed my car for something so minor. He also got my tow hitch replaced that was rusting. I figured I would have to wait and fight for it to be covered. These things are not that easy. Well, at Deacons and with Lawrence; it was not only easy, but also enjoyable. I will only go to Deacons for any service need and will buy my next car here!! I rarely write reviews, but he deserves a glowing shoutout!
