I'm not sure if I'm reviewing the entire airline company or the Southwest gate in Cleveland, but either way, both are pretty friggin great. Southwest's staff is *always* friendly across the board from the gate agents to the flight crew. They'll sing at you, give you extra peanuts and probably hug you if you ask them to and maybe even if you don't. Cheap flights, great deals and they fly pretty much everywhere. Then we have the Southwest gate at Cleveland International, with its TONS of outlets (and platforms with USB outlets), lots of space and even though it's at the very end of the terminal, there are lots of food and beverage options on the way.
