We were really impressed with the food at Central Bistro. As so many others have commented, the drunk bread is an excellent starter -- definitely get it with the prosciutto for an extra kick of flavor. We also had a perfectly cooked, juicy delicious burger and a wonderful pizza. The pizza was one if the best we've had in Phoenix -- charred crust with crunch but also chewy, really good sausage and spicy salami. There's a nice ambience at Central Bistro and they have an excellent wine selection. The Orin Swift Abstract is a very good red blend that we highly recommend.
