One of the best hotels I've stayed at in the last few years. Rooms/bathrooms were very clean, and the hotel (although very full) was quiet. The 24-hour tea and coffee service was nice - I tried the tea at night and the coffee after checking out and both were good quality and fresh. Breakfast was expansive and absolutely delicious - omelettes, sausage, waffles, and an abundance of cereals, breads/bagels, and fruits. I heard one guest ask for sugar-free syrup, which was not displayed, and the hostess immediately found her some. They even had cage-free, organic hard-boiled eggs. The pool and hot tub were very clean and quite large for being indoors - my two kids loved splashing around after a long drive. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. When we checked in, we were offered a crib and bedding for our two year old. The ladies at the front desk even brought the crib up to our room and explained how to set it up. I was very impressed and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you, Hampton Inn Medina, for a very pleasant stay!
