Sweet Dreams is a locally owned mattress AND furniture company with 4 locations around Lake Norman (Cornelius, Denver, Mooresville in front of Target) and an outlet location going east out of Mooresville on Highway 150. I have been in their stores and while they have an exceptional sales staff, I liked the design of a futon I saw on their website so much, I ordered it along with a matching ottoman and nice little leather accent chair. The delivery guys arrived at my Uptown apartment in the specified time frame. They put everything together, cleaned up, and took all cardboard with them. While they were there I noted a broken seam in the stitching. They gave me the option to take it or back or send photos to the owner. I really needed the futon and it wasn't THAT bad of a broken seam. Regardless, the owner personally gave me the option to return it for a new one or give me a small refund. I felt the amount offer was fair and was very appreciative. Sweet Dreams prides itself on "family" and whether you deal with them on the phone, through email or in the store, it is immediate obvious EVERYONE here cares and for that they will always get my money for furniture and definitely a mattress when the time comes.
