Bill was prompt, friendly and efficient. I had 4 locks in my new home rekeyed. 2 of which I didn't realize I needed done until the day after his initial service. Bill came back no problem and charged me fairly for his service.
Bill was also patient and engaged in conversation with my 2 kids very well. As a parent trying to do business with 2 rascals running around that was greatly appreciated!
