It is hard to differentiate one Starbucks from another. That said they're generally of very good quality and very responsive to specific request of the customer, something that more local coffee shops should embrace. I love a nice hearty cup of coffee and when I told the barrister that today Tana made sure that she not only made me a nice strong cup of coffee, but gave me the specifics of what my coffee blend was and how much she used. That is going above and beyond!!
