Don't walk, run from Bobby Rahal's Service Center. Brought our S60 in for one repair and a new and major braking problem became immediately obvious upon driving off the lot. Dealer claimed to have test driven the car so it is mind boggling how they could have released it to us with such an obvious and potentially fatal flaw. When we asked for an explanation and repair of the problem, we got a call from the service manager who refused to accept any fault and tried unconvincingly to defuse blame on a worn bushing in the most unprofessional, defensive and discourteous manner. The way the car surged to the right upon braking could not have been explained by any of the excuses given, none of them stacked up. Hands down this was the worst customer service I/we have ever experienced.
