My wife and I went for lunch on a snowy (yes...snowy) Las Vegas Monday. Hot soup on a cold day was the plan. Wife ordered Chinese dumpling noodle soup which was served first and hot. It had a very good flavor. I ordered the Vietnamese beef noodle which I sent back to be heated. If I do not have a fog on my lenses from the soup, it's not hot enough. Soup returned plenty hot and had a good flavor. Noodles and bean sprouts plentiful but lacking the other vegetables I am use to with Pho. Serving size was smaller than Chinatown. Price was higher.
