After my last horrible review of a horrible haircut, I did not go back and update this so I apologize to Linda who is the manager (owner?). I called back after the horrible review and spoke with Linda who arranged for me to go in and have the haircut "salvaged" which was at no charge. Everyone was very apologetic and very much sympathetic. I was given a haircut but Master stylist ERIN who was really personable and also gave me a very nice cut --- although she really had a lot f cutting to do in order to salvage the hair at all. Linda has also given me a Complimentary haircut with SABRINA who was very good back in May when I first moved to this area. I will go back and see Sabrina before the holidays. I am happy to update the terrible review I left before. Thank you, Linda and Erin. I look forward to seeing Sabrina in a month or so.
