This is the worst Insurance company I have ever dealt with!!! It was all fine 7 years ago or so when you got my money Mike, but nothing but a revolving door of uninformed people in your office that have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills!!!! I finally had to move agents! I called and emailed Mike Whitford many times about his lacking office not helping me with what I need and all he said was "I have a great staff"!! Dude, listen to your customers!!! We are paying you for something, not these rude people that answer the phone!!
