Came to the MAC counter today, and Bryana was such a gem. Working in the service industry, I can always spot people who are dedicated to customer service and those who are not. Bryana was an excellent representation of someone who is passionate about what she does, and it reflected in her demeanor, professionalism, and help. I came in not knowing what foundation worked for me, and she listened to what I had to say and then got two foundations and put them all over my face and assisted me throughout the whole thing. She made it so easy, and talked to me through the whole process. I'm always at MAC, and I can honestly say throughout all my years being a customer here, she is the BEST employee I've ever came across. I wish I could take her to San Diego with me!! Thank you for all your help, you are truly the nicest and most helpful person ever. What a perfect example of excellent customer service, MAC is truly SO lucky to have you.
