This is a bit belated, but anyway: Bought a vehicle almost 2 yrs ago, when this location just opened. Discovered this firm online, and was enticed by their 5-day return, and 6-mth warranty - these are nonexistent perks in the used-car industry. Salesperson was pleasant and courteous throughout the process, and not-obnoxiously aggressive before our decision to buy. Although he insisted on explaining their extended warranty service, etc, we just declined all, and that was the end of the "extra services" sales pitch. Very pleased with our vehicle; no major problems encountered (but our annual mileage is very low) - this is the true test of a used-car purchase. Tiny issues - malfunctioning tire sensor, and temporarily-on-the-blink(?) key unit, were looked at immediately (these occurred within 4 wks of purchase), and resolved with no fuss. Did not return for any other service (eg, oil changes at other places). Would recommend this firm (at this point, anyway; to me, buying a car is like pulling all teeth w/o anesthesia due to the expected obnoxiousness of the salesperson)
