The Starbucks in this complex is normally always a circus. I ordered a drink with caramel sauce via mobile order. When I go to pick it up I see no sauce but once I taste it I notice they've added syrup instead.
Grab a barista and let her know the mistake and she goes yeah I made this! Let me fix it for you. She remakes the order correctly and says thanks for letting me fix it.
Just wanted to give some recognition to this girl's great customer service and for all the baristas keeping their cool even when this place gets crazy busy.
