This location is the absolute WORST. Seeing that the drive thru line wrapped around the entire one way building, I parked and got off. Waited about 10 minutes to order, and finally placed my order. (The cashier began the interaction with "what it'll it be?.") When taking payment, she inserted my credit card into the machine and punched in the total. The machine was clearly just out of paper but she proceeded to re-process my card. Something told me I was just double charged so I checked my card activity and sure enough, it was ran twice. I had to re wait in line to have them correct it. After I told them, the cashier seemed bothered at the fact that she had to correct it and did not apologize once. She just called over another girl who I am assuming was the one in charge at the time. All the "supervisor" told the cashier was "just open the register and give him cash. It'll balance out at the end of the night". Mind you my order had already been called out. (It's ice cream and it's 95 degrees out in Phoenix, so I'm sure you know what my order looks like by now.) I get in my car, pull out of the space, and realize I'm basically stuck and cannot leave because of the extremely backed up drive thru since they are taking forever to clear out the backlog. This whole trip took me about 45 minutes and I basically had watery milkshakes by the time I got home. NEVER AGAIN.
