Literally called about 5 times and got not one single answer. I wanted to ask a question about getting my phone fixed and not in person could answer. I guess phone calls are just not as important to them unless you come in. Based on other reviews maybe going there is a waste the war when you go is a long wait and I've the phone, well it's even worse. I really expected more out of Apple.
