I used to love this place until they hired the slowest staff known to man/woman! The 3 stars are for the content of the store because if you're into arts & crafts this place is fantastic and they have some really good deals. But the fabulous deals can in no way compensate for the unbelievably slow service. The check-out folks have absolutely no clue what is going on. ever. I've let the slow check-out lines slide in the past, but recently I waited in line for 30 minutes. During this time 3 people abandoned their carts and left the store (4 if you include myself). I ventured over to the Bell location after work and it was much much much more efficient. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place has GOT to shape up - sorry!
