This is solely a review on the store, not the salon. Opportunities: --no floor staff. Every single time I go in, at least 3 or 4x/month, I have to chase someone down to help me. Is there an understaffing issue? It's also always a different time of day, different day of week when I'm in, --out of product often. Is this a high volume store? I feel like it should be, being in such a prestigious strip mall such as Arroyo Crossing. Thank goodness I call and ask if they have what I'm looking for before I go (50% of the time they don't), otherwise there is time and gas wasted. --never super crowded, which means never a super long line. That's self explanatory, but could also be a product of the above points Strengths: --people who are working at cashiers (which seem to be the only employees in store besides the salon) are very friendly! --relatively close to where I live and ample parking. These two points are very subjective. It's the Angeleno in me always worrying about parking. Bottom line: ULTA OPS ASK FOR MORE PRODUCT!! Thanks.
