Update on my empire today experience...... I had received a call from a Stephanie in regards to my carpet problem I guess because of my bad reviews that I posted everywhere I could think of.. She was amazing to work with and I was so thankful for her up until now. She had scheduled a warranty claim inspection for yesterday, Thursday 8/31. We'll guess what, it didn't happen, just like my carpet installation date that they kept rescheduling. I was told that they didn't have anyone available to come yesterday and that the next available appointment was September 15th. I have been trying to have this taken care of since back in May and now here it is 4 months later. So because of my dissatisfaction with the appointment being rescheduled I put a call in to Stephanie who I thot was wonderful, well guess what, I no longer think she's so great. I called her on Wednesday and left a voicemail, no call back so I called and left another voicemail message yesterday and now it's day three and I still haven't heard a peep from her. At this point I just want them to cone and rip their carpeting out and refund my money. Stay far, far away from empire today. They do nothing they say will and do they ever even do next day installions as they advertise, I think not!
