Nothing but a joke from the very beginning. Picked out a mattress, brought it home it was terrible. We brought it back and they actually honored it, however we were charged 100 or 150ish they called a restock fee. Upgraded and bought a better mattress somewhere around 1100.00. It was a POS. Started sagging almost immediately. Roughed it out finally went in and they sent someone out to check it. Would you believe it was denied because we had only 3 support beams not 4. Ridiculous. It's the absolute most flimsy POS I have ever owned. These 5 star reviews have to be friends or family. I promise you this. Something's not right here.
