I am rarely blown away by a customer experience but WOW. Doing the right thing, being honest and advising your customers the best way to go even when it doesn't benefit them. I had a consult with another orthodontist and it was quite opposite of the experience I had here. First the facility is very clean and very nice, the employees are friendly and professional. Thorough is an understatement, They took pictures and x-rays and most important Alyssa & Dr Bailey were so awesome and really cared about what was best for my son and our family. I can't thank you guys enough- you have a customer for life.
