Listen...Shaina saved my life today. I am coming with a very large group (36 people) from Chicago to visit Las Vegas tomorrow on a 5 am flight. Usually with groups this large they are corporate events (read: working with a budget lol.) I booked with one of the other escape rooms in town, I won't name them but it rhymes with Serious :-). When I say bad customer service...I mean it was terrible. I called today to confirm, and they kept changing the set up on me, and left me on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up. When I did hang up, I started calling around to other escape rooms and found this one. Now I haven't been there yet, but they *gasp* answered the phone within a few rings, were definitive on availability and pricing and figured out how to accommodate my entire big ass group. She was kind enough to not price gauge me so that I wouldn't have to go back and grovel to my travel partners and ask for more money after they'd already paid. Thank you Shaina for saving me the embarrassment!
Shaina even provided me recommendations for good eats in the area in case we decide to stick around and grub while escaping from the room. She was so patient and answered all of my questions even though they were redundant after my scare with that other escape room.
So our reservation is scheduled for Saturday...I'll be back to update this review with our experience, which if it's anything like Shaina, I'm sure it will be fabulous!
