I used to love ACE. They installed our unit and managed our maintenance and yearly checkups for a while now. Something finally went wrong (of course) and it's been a week since they checked the unit and ordered the part. I got one call saying it would be another 7-10 business days after it had already been 3, for an extremely common part for an AC unit with a local factory. Basically, I'm learning that ACE is only good until you actually need something. Meanwhile, it's in the 90s here and we'll be at least another week with no AC. If I don't hear back soon and get this thing fixed, they're losing another star (they've already lost 3).
