I have been coming to Gunnells for years and I can honestly say, I will never use another tire shop EVER! Every time I visit this shop I am greeted with some of the most friendly people I have ever met. They are an honest company and never suggest you need something you don't. For some reason, I have gotten a nail in 3 of the 4 tires over the last few months and the staff have fixed it at no charge every time. I went in today because guess what? Yup, you guessed it, another nail in a tire. In addition, I recently went to a popular fix it shop for an oil change and the told me I needed an alignment. I took that information and passed it on to the folks at Gunnell since they were fixing my tire anyway. I also made an appointment for therm to do the alinment work in another week. However, to my shock, they advised I DID NOT need an alignment after all! I was able to cancel the appointment I had made and I saved time and money because of this company's honesty and integrity! Thank you to all the folks at Gunnell Tires! You have a customer for life!
