Our washing machine pump failed at 10pm last night. I researched and found iFix using Yelp and emailed them after 11pm. David replied within the hour. I called first thing in the morning and the guys were at my place within 2 hours - despite the cold and the snow. They came in, checked the machine, confirmed the pump was broken and had the part in their van! They repaired my machine on that first visit. We received an authentic part complete with 3-month parts and labour warranty. I'm now finishing my laundry barely 12 hours after the problem began. Amazing work guys! Thank you!!!
