Dr. Roeder (and his staff) were very professional and kid-friendly with my 3 year old's ingrown toe nail problem. They tried to make the entire process easy and painless by providing clear information about the issue, its' alternative solutions, and just general comfort (a drink, some magazines, and just reassuring him that everything was going to be okay).
It was nice since we didn't feel rushed. The appointment set-up and clearance of insurance information was very easy and they really showed that they cared.
