I tried to spend money with Best Buy but due to the poor customer service I wasn't able to. I wanted them to schedule my vehicle for some electronics installation but the Tech couldn't take 1 minute out of his work to set it up. After standing around for 5 minutes I decided to leave and spend my money with a company that would make customers a priority ********************************************* Follow up, after leaving there I went to Frys Electronics and those guys were great; when I walked in the shop the guy stopped working on the car, asked how he could help, we discussed what I wanted and he booked my appointment for Tuesday and then returned to working on the car installation . Take note Best Buy, this is Customer Service.
