This is our new insurance agent. Brad was apprehensive when he was asked to make an appointment to go over our insurance needs. He has experienced another insurance agent from NM and was not looking forward to this meeting. John Lang was not pushy at all. He went over the insurances and the differences that are characteristic to Arizona. This meeting was educational and totally not a sales call! He even recommended ways to save on our policies. This guy is legit! I am glad to have him as our insurance agent. Our original SF agent retired and I have not been happy since. Well until now! Great agent backed by a great company!
