I seriously have no objection to paying a higher delivery charge for a superior product and the list of restaurants participating really is most impressive. However, for that premium, I don't expect to be told it would be a 2 hour window. I filled in the "Contact Us" form to query this and received an email (despite the fact that they had a phone number) which when I finally read it, it was already 24 minutes after the fact stating they were busy and did I still want to proceed with the order? Well of course I did, I was merely questioning the ridiculously long delivery time. There response was that they "put a warning on every page" about delays in delivery, however then stated it "probably wouldn't be that long". Well guess what? It was longer! I received a text message 1 and a half hours AFTER I placed it to say it was "Now being prepared". Need to get their act together or follow the footsteps of TasteAway and just "Waste Away". Will think twice about ordering again! Cheaper to phone the restaurant and call my own UBER!
