Installation was fast and clean. Unit worked for 3 years and now does not soften water as advertised. Called and was told that for them to come and look at unit it would cost 109.00. I was under the impression they stood behind their product, evidently not. Now I have a 3000.00 piece of junk taking up space in my garage. I will recommend other units to my customers. I do not know to whom I spoke on the phone, but as I was hanging up I heard her make some snide remark. Great service until they get your money then good luck.
