I see some decent reviews on here but my experience was unpleasant to say the least. I went in for a pedicure /manicure(no jewels, glitter or sparkle). The pedicure was ok but not the greatest. I had to take some of the polish off my skin once I got home. The manicure was terrible. For one I was never offered a massage but the biggest issue is their lack of customer service. They asked me to pay prior to getting my polish. I thought "sure, not a bad idea given regular polish takes light years to dry." Well they got my money and then decided that the other customers waiting were more important to funnel in for business so they left me waiting for someone else to finish to paint my nails. Hence I left with no polish as I was not gonna wait another 15 minutes after being a paying guest!
