I have not had any work done by them so I can not attest to the quality of their craft or products,
However, I can say that when you sign up for an estimate, you are signing up for 2 hours of someone telling you how great is west shore as a company! Who wants to listen to that?! Just give us the estimate and be on your way. Then after you decline their offer, they continue to call and call and call.
I'm sorry, the practice of spending 1 hour talking about how great your company is and then 1 hour talking about how your product is superior to other products, Its overkill. I know many people who have said the same happened to them and they didn't use west shore because, not only that, but your prices are way more expensive than competing companies. Which I guess is why you spend 2 hours trying to convince us your company is golden, so we will pay. I recommend you to not do that to other clients in the future.
