So let me first say I've lived here for three years and it saddens me because your actual apartment is nice and I love my layout but let me tell you what you're going to go through.... The management that has been here for the past year (was bought by another company) is a complete nightmare. Right now I have people above me that have a hound that literally howls all day long sometimes till 10 PM I've complained for three months and nothing has been done I've asked them to call me back, I've received no call back. I now have a neighbor that is a meth addict that literally has people coming in and out all times of the hours at night screaming and cursing... last week we had gun shots this week we had a lady taken out by ambulance because she was beaten and overdosed on meth. And of course I have to find out every detail on this because people knocking on my door asking me what happened to their mother because they weren't answering their door and gave me the whole story about how I guess they cook meth also in that apartment and everything they did with her mother. I literally have never had a conversation with these people I don't know them I just am having strangers knocking at my door people yelling and screaming waking me up in the middle of the night it's just the way I have to live now. My other neighbor smokes so much weed that basically when I'm in my bathroom it smells like I'm going to get a contact high. I went to the office because I'm literally afraid to take my trash out at night explaining the whole situation and the management has the nerve to tell me with a smile on her face, " you seem upset right now why don't you come back when you calm down have a nice day! " then refused to give me their corporate number so I had to look it up online. she didn't offer for me to come in her office and talk to me or anything else and let me remind you I did not yell curse or anything else I basically explained what was going on and was scaring all the people away that were probably their new clients. Unless you want to live like this and still pay quite a bit of money I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
