My first time trying Pilates was at Studio Allonge and I absolutely fell in love! Alison Trumball has such a beautiful studio and is an extraordinary instructor. She is patient, very motivating, and tailors the workout to each individual she trains. After just one class, I felt amazing. I was sore the next day in places I didn't know I had muscles, but not so sore that I wasn't ready to do it again! My favorite part about Alison was that when I felt like giving up, she would push me with such a positive attitude to complete the set. I am so thankful I found Studio Allonge!
