Charcoal Room is a little oasis in a smoke filled Vegas locals casino. We all enjoyed our meal here. First off..Kevin, our server. He's almost too attentive but he's very good and enhances the dining experience. cocktails are first rate. my Manhattan was excellent. The pretzel rolls are out of this world delicious..melt in your mouth. wanted to sneak a few home in my wife's pocketbook. Wife and I thought our Caesar salad was just Ok...croutons were a little off/dry? my son loved his crabcakes appetizer. My prime rib entree was very good....tender and cooked just right. my son enjoyed his filet.....I thought my wife's filet was a little undercooked but she liked it and said it was tasty. we shared decent au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach. We all shared a single creme brulee for dessert and gave it a high grade. This is a quiet,comfortable restaurant.....no loud blaring music. it isn't hip...its a reasonably priced very good steakhouse.
