I came in exactly a week ago from today, and got SNS with my friend. The whole experience was just trash. We came in and it didn't even really look that clean, we got handed the sns colors and that's when I should've known to just turn around and go somewhere else. The colors looked grainy and lumpy. But still, as for convenience, we followed through thinking that it was just because it was to show the color. First, they only had one sns primer powder so one of us had to wait on the other. Second, i asked how long it would take and he said tops, an hour. More like two and a half hours. From them having to turn down customers left and right due to lack of staffing to my color not even being the right color due to how much he sanded off. And now, a week later, my hair is already getting caught underneath my nails, when at Ultra Nail Bar, I could go a month without this happening. Save yourself time and money and just go somewhere else.
